Contact DailyFit
Use this page to reach the DailyFit editorial team. We read every message, and we reply where a reply is useful. If you are reporting a correction, a topic suggestion, or a question about how we compare formulas, this is the right place to send it.
What to write to us about
Corrections come first. If a page on this site describes a product in a way that no longer matches a current label, tell us and we will check it. A short note with the product name and what looks wrong is enough to get started; we look at the current packaging or retailer listing before anything on the page changes.
Topic suggestions are welcome too, especially if a question you had was not answered on the site. If you have been comparing men's daily vitamins and could not find how a serving format works, or why one men's vitamin and mineral blend lists a nutrient differently from another, that gap is worth telling us about.
We also take questions about how we compare formulas. That covers what we look at when we read a label, how we describe an ingredient that appears in several products, and why some daily nutrients for men are grouped together in one table. What we cannot do is give personal nutrition or medical advice — the section below explains where that line sits.
Where each message goes
What we cannot help with
We cannot tell you which formula to take for your individual situation, and we cannot advise on interactions with medication or health conditions. Those questions belong with a qualified health professional who can see your history. Sending them to an editorial inbox delays a real answer.
We also cannot help with orders, deliveries, or product issues from retailers. Those go to the seller you bought from, since they hold the order record and the return policy. If a listing looked wrong on this site but the product itself arrived damaged or late, that is a seller matter, not a correction to our pages.
And we do not rank individual men's nutritional support products as if one were meant for everyone. Our work is explaining an ingredient profile, a serving format, or how essential minerals for men are usually listed, so you can read a label with more confidence yourself.
Better routes for three common asks
- Dose or interaction questions Ask a doctor or pharmacist who can review your medication list and health history.
- Order and delivery problems Contact the retailer or marketplace seller named on your receipt.
- Label wording that looks outdated Send it here with the page and product name — that is a correction, and we check it.
How to send a message
Write to [email protected], or use the contact form below. Include the page address if you are reporting a correction, and the product name if your message concerns a specific formula. The more specific the message, the faster we can look into it.
Or call +62 274 547 289 on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Send your message
Tell us what the message is about so it reaches the right person. A correction needs the page it appears on, ideally the full address of that page, plus the product name and what looks out of date. A topic suggestion only needs the question you wanted answered and where you went looking first.
Everything goes to one editorial inbox and stays there. We use your email address to reply to you and for nothing else; the privacy policy linked in the site footer explains how messages are stored and how to ask us to delete one.
Response times
Most messages get a reply within a few working days. Corrections are prioritized because they affect published content. Topic suggestions are read but not always answered individually, since we get more suggestions than we can act on. If you do not hear back within a week, feel free to send a follow-up on the same thread.
A correction
We open the current label or retailer listing, compare it with what the page says, and either update the page or reply to explain why the wording stands. If a change touches a comparison table, every row using that nutrient is rechecked in the same pass.
A general question
If the answer applies to more than one reader, it may become a new page or a longer explanation inside an existing guide, because a private reply helps one person while a page helps everyone searching the same thing. If it only applies to your situation, we will say so and point you to a professional.
A topic suggestion
It joins a list we review when planning new pages. Suggestions that name a specific gap — a format we have not covered, a nutrient we describe too briefly, a comparison that stops short — are the easiest ones to turn into something useful.
Press and media
Write the same address and put press in the subject. If your deadline is tight, call the office number during working hours and say what you need — a quote, context on how we compare formulas, or a correction we missed.
Where to go instead of writing to us
Some questions already have a page here, and reading it is faster than waiting for a reply. If you want to understand how a complete vitamin formula for men is broken down by ingredient, the ingredient guide walks through the categories you usually see on a label. If you are choosing between capsules, tablets and powders, the serving formats page explains what changes between them and what does not.
Visit the editorial office
DailyFit is published from Jl. Malioboro No. 25, Sosromenduran, Gedong Tengen, Yogyakarta, 55271. We do not take phone calls about individual nutrition questions, but corrections and press matters can be raised by phone if email is not practical. The office is not a shop, and there is no counter to buy from — the address is here so the register has a real place behind it.
If you are in Yogyakarta and want to send something on paper, address it to the editorial team at the street address above. Keep a copy, since loose pages can go missing in a shared mailroom.
Questions we get before people write
Can you tell me which daily vitamin complex for men suits me?
No. Suiting a formula to one person needs your health history, medication list and current diet, and that is a conversation with a doctor, pharmacist or dietitian rather than an email to an editorial desk. What we can do is explain what each ingredient category is for and how serving formats differ, so you arrive at that conversation with better questions.
A page lists a nutrient amount that changed on the packaging. What do I send?
The page address, the product name, and the amount you see on the current label. A photo helps but is not required. We check the label or the retailer listing ourselves before editing, and if the difference turns out to be a serving-size change rather than a reformulation, we usually explain that on the page instead of silently correcting the number.
Do you sell the vitamins you write about?
No. DailyFit publishes editorial material only: ingredient explanations, format comparisons and notes on how to read a label for essential vitamins for men. There is no cart on this site, so orders, returns and delivery questions belong with whichever retailer or pharmacy you bought from.
Can I suggest a formula you have not covered yet?
Yes, and those suggestions shape what gets added next. Tell us the product name, the format, and what you could not find explained anywhere — whether that is how the men's vitamin and mineral blend is grouped on the label, what the serving size assumes, or how it compares with the everyday formats we already cover.
How long should I wait before following up?
About a week. Most messages are answered within a few working days, and corrections move to the front of the queue because they affect a published page. If a week passes with nothing in your inbox, reply to your own message so the thread stays in one place rather than starting a new one.
Ready when you are
Send the message and we will take it from there
Corrections, topic ideas, or a question about how a men's nutrient formula is described — all of it reaches the same editorial inbox, and all of it gets read. If you would rather keep browsing first, the guides below answer most of what people write in to ask.
